Who does the writing
Writers hold graduate qualifications and are matched by field, and one of them remains on a course once assigned, so the fourth assessment still sounds like the first and can lean on decisions the earlier ones made. Clinical deliverables reach nurse writers. Business deliverables reach people who have worked with the numbers rather than only read about them. Are the writers native or fluent English speakers?
Yes, and it is verified before anybody is put on a course. Written work in an American classroom carries idiom and cadence a scorer notices immediately, which is partly why a register read runs on everything before it ships.
Can I get a question to the writer mid draft?
Messages travel through the desk instead of a private channel, so a record exists of what was asked and agreed. Replies land the same day in nearly every case, and clarifying mid draft is expected rather than resented.
The document came back wrong. What then?
Name what missed and it is rebuilt against the original criteria without charge. Where it missed because the brief was thin, the fix is still free, since the desk ought to have asked harder questions at intake.
Are there Capella courses you refuse?
Yes. Anything whose graded work is mostly invigilated, timed, or built around hours a student must personally perform gets declined, because there would be nothing honest left to deliver.
How can I be sure nothing is resold?

Why is there no published price list?
