If the document misses

There is no ceiling on passes, though a second one is unusual, because the criterion checklist that steered the drafting is the same instrument any rework would be judged by.
Vague dissatisfaction is welcome too. Tone, emphasis and structure are all changeable, and a student saying a piece does not feel like theirs is far more useful to the desk than one quietly rewriting it at two in the morning and never mentioning it.
If faculty send it back
This deserves its own heading, because in a criterion scored program a returned assessment is ordinary rather than catastrophic. Nothing is averaged into a letter grade, so a piece marked below the level you wanted is a specific criterion falling short, named in the guide, with the remedy written beside it.
Forward the scorer's comments and the document is rebuilt against that criterion. Turnaround on a resubmission usually beats the original because the reading is already done and only one part of the argument is in question. This is covered by the same number you already agreed and is not treated as a new order.
If the date slips
A date is only accepted when the desk has already worked out it can be held. Delivery aims to arrive with margin rather than on the hour, so that reading the document properly is possible before you decide anything. Where a slip is coming you hear about it early enough to act, and a delay originating on this side is settled on the invoice rather than argued over.
Dates that cannot be met at full standard are declined outright, which costs nothing and leaves you room to find another route. That is worth more than an accepted order arriving thin. Short notice work changes the number, never the commitment attached to it.

What is committed to is narrower and checkable: every criterion answered at the level your guide describes, in your format, by your date.
Nothing invigilated or timed is sat by anybody but you. Practicum hours, clinical logs and preceptor sign-offs remain wholly yours. How long can I ask for rework?
For as long as the assessment is still open to you. In practice that means whenever faculty feedback arrives, provided the brief has not turned into a different assessment in the meantime.

What if delivery is going to run late?
You hear about it before the date rather than after, the work moves up the queue, and the invoice is adjusted. Going quiet until a deadline has passed is precisely the failure this policy exists to prevent.
Can anyone guarantee a Distinguished result?
No, and a service claiming otherwise is telling you something about itself. Criterion coverage, format and date are the things that can honestly be committed to, and they are.
Does the free piece get the same treatment?
